CSCI 507 / EENG 507 - Homework 

Semester:  Fall 2016

Homework problem sets should be submitted via Blackboard, prior to the beginning of class on the indicated due date.  Solutions are posted after the due date.

• Please put all problems in a single PDF file, in numerical order.  (It is much easier to grade if the problems are all in order, and we don't have to jump around inside the document, or go to other files to look for them!) 
• If the problem says to include program code and image results, don't send them as separate files.  Just paste them right into your homework document, where the solution to the problem is.  The easiest thing is to paste everything into a Word document and then convert it to PDF format just before submitting it. 
• When you paste code into Word from MATLAB or Visual Studio, if you choose the paste option "Keep source formatting", then the font colors and styles will be retained (for example, comments are shown in a different color).  That makes the code easier to read.
• Each problem should have a description of your method of solution, and the architecture of the program (if it is not obvious).
• If you do a problem on paper by hand, please scan it in and paste it into the document (although I would prefer it typed!).
